Delivery Information
Standard Local Deliveries - Free delivery on orders over £100*

We aim to deliver to you within 7-10 days of your order under normal circumstances but should this not be possible we will contact you ahead of dispatch.

If ordered with larger items marked 2 Man or Pallet Deliveries the items will be combined with that delivery method.

We offer a Yodel delivery service with a cost of £3.99 for smaller products and £5.99 for heavier and larger products. Collection days for deliveries through Yodel are Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Please note should it require a 2 man lift there may be a surcharge to pay

Collections for our YODEL service are Monday - Friday at 1PM.
Collections for our Royal Mail service (giftcards) are Monday - Friday at 3:30PM.
Any order placed before 11am will be dispatched the same day (this excludes weekends).
National Deliveries:

Nationwide deliveries are available for orders outside our local delivery areas.

Standard delivery charge is £80.

We will aim to ship on the day the order is received (not including orders placed after 3pm).

Deliveries will be up to 48 hours after placing an order however, specific days to deliver is optional - if you wish to have a specific date, please make a note of this when placing an order.

Delivery will be between 9am-5pm & an allocated timeslot will be confirmed on the day of delivery.

Payment information:

A transaction placed online is paid for through Stripe

Refunds are issued through Stripe and take 5 to 10 working days to process

Please note a transaction may not be received instantly.

If click and collect is the preferred option – this has be paid online before collection.

If the item is faulty or has arrived damaged we will provide one return label for the customer.

If the item is unwanted or an accidental purchase the customer will need to pay for the returns label themselves.
*To local postcodes only - non local postcodes will require a charge of £40 if order is under £1000.
